Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care in busy regional ED settings.
- Conduct patient assessments, triage, and manage acute presentations.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using iEMR systems.
- Support junior staff and assist with patient flow in the ED.

Mandatory Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- iEMR training completed prior to contract commencement (essential for all sites).
- Current ALS certification and triage competency required.
- Proven experience in Emergency Department nursing or acute care settings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Robust clinical skills with a patient-centred approach.
