Agri Claims Manager
This is a challenging role where you will be working closely with assessors and underwriters to build rapport and ensure seamless communication throughout the claims process.
Your key responsibilities will include lodging claims, chasing progress, explaining complex issues, and following up with stakeholders. You will need to navigate multiple systems, use Excel, and have a strong understanding of the agricultural industry.
We are looking for someone with a detail-focused mindset, a human-first approach, and excellent communication skills. Experience in motor claims, either on the broker side or within an insurer's claims team, is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a regional location, preferably Toowoomba or Tamworth, but flexibility is possible if you are willing to relocate.
