* Diagnosing diesel engines without guessing.
* Repairing tractors, RTV’s and mowers the right way — not the fast, sloppy way.
* Working with a team that respects skill, not seniority.
* Using modern diagnostic tools (and your brain).
* Preventing breakdowns before they happen.
* Occasionally saving the day when everyone else is stuck.
🧠What Makes You a Fit
* You’ve worked on diesel engines before (2+ years preferred).
* You know the difference between “good enough” and “done right.”
* You can troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
* You don’t panic when something doesn’t make sense — you investigate.
* You show up on time. Every time.
* You take pride in clean work and clean tools.
Bonus points if:
* You have Diesel Mechanic certifications.
* You’ve worked on heavy-duty trucks or been in the agricultural industry.
* You enjoy mentoring younger techs.
