We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female Disability Support Worker to support two amazing clients in their day-to-day lives in our SIL in **Highfields**.
**About the Clients**
This role involves supporting two female clients with diverse care needs.
The first client, aged 42, has Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Epilepsy, and Anxiety, requiring assistance with hoist and sling manual handling, personal care (showering, grooming, and dressing), postural management, medication administration, and daily activities.
The second client, aged 25, has Muscle Weakness, Myotonia, reduced motor control, respiratory weakness, and Intellectual Impairment, needing support with community access, personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, and routine building.
**This role will commence from 22nd January and interviews will be held immediately**
**Roster**:
**Set Casual Position - the roster must be completed in full unfortunately no changes can be made to the roster**
- **Week 1**:
- Tuesday 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Wednesday 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Friday 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Sunday 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- **Week 2**:
- Monday 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Thursday 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- Friday 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Sunday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (active night)

**Pay Rates (SCHADS Award)**:
- **Casual**: Day shift $33.96/hour, afternoon shift $37.36/hour, active night shift $38.04/hour, Saturday $47.55/hour, Sunday $61.13/hour, public holiday $74.72/hour, includes 25% casual loading.
**Licences/Credentials**:
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- QLD Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check / QLD Yellow Card
- NDIS Quality Safety and You Certificate - modules completed online
