What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
* Analyze the customer journey for clients on Launch and/or Brand Plans to develop a proactive digital communication strategy
* Design and implement 1:many outreach initiatives throughout the customer journey, including event-triggered email campaigns and targeted video content
* Leverage tools and technology to ensure timely communication and updates for clients
* Identify high-value opportunities for one-on-one outreach to enhance customer retention and prevent cancellations
* Manage a large portfolio of low-MRR clients, ensuring effective communication and support
What is Required (Qualifications)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations
* At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success Management or a customer-facing role
* Working knowledge of SEO, social media, content, and/or paid media
* Proven track record of results-oriented success based on data and analytics
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
