Housekeeper Job Description
Purpose of the Position:
This role is to provide exceptional service to our guests by cleaning and maintaining their rooms and public areas.
* Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in a way that meets hotel standards;
* Maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout your shift, including handling linen changes, laundry tasks, or any other hotel needs;
* Report all incidents or concerns related to equipment malfunctions or guest complaints immediately. Ensure they are addressed efficiently while minimizing inconvenience for guests.
