The Role
As a part-time Property Manager, you will oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio with the support of a hands-on Director, a dedicated Property Management Assistant, and a stable, collaborative team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing owner and tenant relationships
Overseeing maintenance and day-to-day operations
Lease renewals and arrears management
Ensuring high customer-service standards
Working proactively and independently
About You
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
Current Property Management registration and a valid driving licence
Experience managing their own residential portfolio
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence building relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
