Our client is national in-home aged care provider. They area looking for a Payroll Officer to join their growing team.
This is a full time position based in Toowong.
**Tasks will include, but not be limited to**:

- End-to-end processing of fortnightly employee payroll data accurately and to deadline
- Process, maintain and reconcile payroll accounts
- Maintain specialist knowledge of Payroll Practices, Employment Legislation, Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation.
- Complete all necessary compliance lodgments for single touch payroll, superannuation and payroll tax
- Prepare payroll reporting for management as required
- Support the integration, testing and implementation of Aurion for the network
- Provide payroll support to the franchise network using Reckon and Alayacare. This will include providing training support for new franchise owners and troubleshooting for existing franchise offices as required.
- Reconcile company bank accounts as required
- Prepare financial reports for management as required eg P&L, accounts receivable, accounts payable.
- Processing employee expense claims through payroll payments
- Provide any additional ad hoc support as directed by the Financial Controller or Managing Director
**In order to be considered, you must have**:

- Preferably be experienced in using Reckon
- Experience in using Net Suite, Aurion or similar size ERPs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Demonstrated competency in the use of MS Office Suit
- Accurate data entry and administration skills
