About the role:

Norco are currently seeking experienced Production Operators to join the team at our busy milk processing factory in Raleigh. We have full-time and casual positions available.

In this role you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic blowmoulding machines, bottle bagging, debagging machines, labellers and coders. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operator experience and will be motivated and committed to a career in food manufacturing.

The position involves shift work with the team currently operating 24 hours / 7 days on a 12-hour rotating roster, which includes weekends, public holidays and night shift.

You'll be a great fit if you:

* Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (blowmould experience highly desirable)
* Understanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene requirements
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and advanced problem-solving skills
* Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment highly desirable
* Have a strong focus on safety and understand WHS principles
* Are reliable and happy to work shift work (including weekends & public holidays)
* Can follow procedures accurately and work with minimal supervision
* Have good time management and can meet set deadlines
* Have sound literacy and numeracy skills to complete order documentation
* Take pride in your work, use good problem-solving skills, and make sound decisions

If successfully you will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
