- Located in or near Warwick
- Prior experience within the Employment Services Industry is highly desirable
- Transferrable skills from Sales, Marketing or Customer Service industry
- Passionate about finding people employment
- Business development experience is highly desirable
- A resilient attitude with the ability to adapt
- Ability to work from the office full time - **This is not a Work from Home Role**

**About the Role**
As a Job Coach, you will have the responsibility for shaping the future for people looking for sustainable employment through the Workforce Australia contract. You will interact with people across all stages of the employment placement journey and work closely within the team to deliver excellence in employment outcomes.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
- Leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans
- Support job seekers to develop the confidence and build their skills to re-enter the workforce
- Adhere to government contractual requirements within a quality & compliance framework
- Post placement support of job seekers and employers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Working with employers to manage employer vacancies
