Key Responsibilities
* Assist the team with general queries and administrative tasks, including preparing and analysing data for reporting purposes.
* Documents formatting in PowerPoint and Word
* Timesheet collation and verification.
* Training in the business systems used on a regular basis
* Ensure compliance with various business management systems within set deadlines.
* Document formatting
* Monitor group email as required
* Expense claim preparation/submission
* Event management for quarterly team events
