Are you an organised and driven administrator looking for more than just a standard admin role? Want to build a long-term career in the finance industry with real progression opportunities?

Our client, a fast-growing private lending company based in Bundall, is looking for a confident and motivated Finance Administrator to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across sales support, funding, broker partnerships and customer account management within a dynamic financial services environment.

What You will Be Doing

Working closely with the Operations Manager and Sales Team, you will play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting customers and broker relationships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Supporting daily operations and assisting with business growth initiatives
* Assisting customers with applications and completing verbal privacy statements over the phone
* Preparing and processing contracts through DocuSign with a high level of accuracy
* Managing funding administration and maintaining up-to-date CRM records
* Organising and securely filing customer and broker documentation
* Supporting broker relationships including onboarding, agreements, invoicing, and deal updates
* Following up on missed payments and monitoring payment arrangements
* Liaising with accounts teams, legal representatives, and external debt collection agencies regarding outstanding accounts
About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and eager to grow their career within the finance industry.

You will ideally have:

* Previous administration experience within finance, lending, banking, or sales support
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone
* Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment
* Experience using CRM systems
* A positive attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in private lending or financial services
