Tronics Division
and are seeking a
customer-focused Technical Sales Representative
to grow our market presence across Victoria. This role is perfect for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving customer challenges, and achieving results.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities to deliver on sales growth targets
Expanding wallet share within existing accounts and ensuring long-term customer retention
Building lasting customer relationships through trust, service excellence, and deep understanding of client needs
Taking commercial ownership of revenue and margins across your portfolio
Providing technical expertise and support to help customers get the most value from our
Videojet Coding & Marking solutions
What we're looking for
Proven success in
technical sales
, ideally within
coding, marking, packaging, printing, or capital equipment
industries
A strong hunter mentality, combined with the ability to nurture and grow key accounts
Self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven — with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes
A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and contributes to a positive, growth-focused culture
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
