Responsibilities
* Upkeeping facility with repair and maintenance
* Painting, patching, hanging shelving and pictures in resident rooms and common areas
* Manual labour moving furniture and materials
* Working on HVAC systems
* Liaising with and managing of contractors on site and assisting when needed
* Use of computer programs to log and update jobs
* Understanding of current building codes and ensuring facility compliance with required maintenance works
* Communicating and interacting with site visitors and residents
* Other duties as required
What you need
* Experience in a similar role min 2 years
* Own car and licence
* White Card
* Covid vaccinations x3
* National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
* NDIS Registration
