About The Role
This onsite role involves providing essential desktop and IT support to our team in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities. It's an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment if you're passionate about IT and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support across hardware, software, and networks in a Windows/Meraki based environment.
2. Support end users and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) and business systems.
3. Liaise with service providers to set up and onboard new users, including provisioning devices, accounts, and access to systems.
4. Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, including asset management, system configuration, and documentation.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within IT operations.
6. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of IT services and support.
7. Assist with IT security and compliance.
8. Contribute to and lead assigned IT projects under the guidance of the IT Manager.
Requirements
1. A qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an IT support, help desk, or desktop support role in a medium-sized business.
3. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common IT hardware.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely, effective support.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and liaise with stakeholders.
6. Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
