Annual salary $108,349 – $122,491 pa + 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave

About the Position

Reporting to the Production Manager, the role manages the logistics, scheduling, communication, and tracking that keep multiple teams aligned, informed, and on schedule throughout each sprint cycle.

Working collaboratively with staff across these areas, the Production Operations Coordinator oversees the planning and delivery of sprint activities, monitors progress, resolves issues, and maintains production systems to support smooth delivery.

The role ensures all unit production activity aligns with institutional frameworks, quality standards, and the unit development model.

The Production Operations Coordinator connects people, processes, and information across the University to enable the effective coordination and delivery of high-quality, consistent online learning experiences.


About You

Strong coordination and organisational skills, with experience managing project or production workflows to meet institutional timelines and priorities.

High-level digital capability, including confidence using IT systems, project tools, and AI-enabled applications to support efficient scheduling, tracking, and communication.

Proficiency in collaboration and project platforms with the ability to maintain dashboards and automate routine tasks.

Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and improve operational processes using digital tools and sound judgement.

Experience coordinating staff schedules, meetings, and documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across multiple teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear updates and professional correspondence.

Collaborative working style, with the ability to build effective relationships across academic and professional areas.

Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with an openness to adopting new technologies that enhance coordination and efficiency.

Remuneration

Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 8.

The base salary will be in the range of $108,349 - $122,491 per annum.

The total remuneration package will be in the range of $126,768 - $143,314 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
