Property Officer Job Summary
This role involves assisting Property Managers with managing a large portfolio of properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, coordinating property inspections and completing reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of organisational ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
On-the-job training and coaching are provided to ensure the candidate has the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
* Key responsibilities:
o Provide administrative support to Property Managers
o Coordinate property inspections and complete reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* No prior experience required - on-the-job training provided
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
* Driver's license
* Chinese language skills
