Job Overview
As our Media & Content Coordinator you'll be at the creative center of it all, bringing the IBISWorld brand to life through storytelling that informs, inspires and connects with business audiences around the world. This role sits at the heart of our global Go-To-Market team blending creativity strategy and execution to produce compelling video, social and blog content that sparks engagement and builds brand momentum.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate the development and execution of IBISWorld's global content strategy focusing heavily on video channels.
* Write and edit video scripts, blog articles, and social copy that communicate complex insights in a clear and engaging way.
* Partner with our Multimedia Designer on bringing videos to life and with the Lead Digital Graphic Designer on creative direction, visuals and brand alignment.
* Collaborate with the Global Content Leader to ensure all video and social content aligns with broader brand and go-to-market objectives.
* Manage the day-to-day planning, scheduling and publishing of video and social content across global markets and platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
* Work with the Go-To-Market team to ensure effective cross-channel collaboration and global amplification of content.
* Maintain media relationships and partner projects supporting collaboration with external media outlets and content partners to amplify IBISWorld's visibility.
* Monitor performance metrics and audience engagement to inform continuous improvement.
* Support persona-driven storytelling, premium product campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
* Maintain and execute a global content calendar coordinating reviews, deadlines and stakeholder feedback.
* Uphold IBISWorld's brand voice, visual standards and tone across all multimedia and social communications.

Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in content coordination, social media management or similar roles including significant experience working with video. Experience managing multi-channel content workflows preferred. Familiarity with content performance and analytics reporting.
