 
        
        Assigned Guardian Angels is seeking a Part 
- Time Human Resources Coordinator on a Fixed-Term Contract with possible extension to cover Maternity Leave.
This position entails a 12-month commitment, beginning with a month of training, consisting of two days per week, before transitioning to four days per week to fulfill the responsibilities of our HR Coordinator for an equivalent duration. Additionally, proficiency in Payroll tasks may be necessary, making prior experience in this area greatly valued.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding 
- Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant national, state and local laws for all positions 
- Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements 
- Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys 
- Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts 
- Ensures all employment practices comply with national, state and local regulations 
- Conducting staff Inductions and training 
- Managing workplace incidences 
- Assisting if required with Payroll

- Ability to consistently work independently with mínimal supervision. 
- Relevant experience within the field
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
