Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead our program delivery across multiple concurrent engineering and production initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing project and program governance frameworks, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring alignment of work packages against customer success themes.
* Develop and maintain effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Manage and monitor project expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
* Negotiate customer requirements and commitments during bid-phases and manage the project delivery experience of the customer.
