What you'll be doing
Guest communication & bookings
Be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls
Assist potential guests with property information, quotes, and securing bookings
Support existing guests with any questions or issues during their stay
Respond to email enquiries promptly and professionally
Direct calls and emails to the correct team as required
Liaising with internal teams
Work alongside our maintenance and cleaning teams in the field to assist guests
Communicate with property owners to enter bookings and relay important information
Systems & admin
Use our booking system software to manage reservations
Work confidently with Microsoft Outlook and other software tools
Maintain accurate records and clear communication across systems
What we're looking for
Warm, clear, and professional communication skills
Strong customer service experience
A passion for hospitality, tourism and the Southwest is highly regarded
A problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure
High level of computer literacy
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a supportive team
