* Demonstrating new cooking techniques and equipment to staff
* Preparing and cooking food for dining and function services
* Implementing hygiene regulations and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
* Managing food stocktaking and waste management
* Conducting daily temperature checks
* Providing training for new staff members and addressing performance matters
* Leading the kitchen team during service
