* Sorting and categorizing incoming donations
* Pricing, hanging, and arranging stock for display
* Replenishing shop displays using surplus items from the backroom
* Processing sales through POS system (cash and eftpos transactions)
* Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
* Conducting general housekeeping tasks
* Coordinating returns to be sent back to the Warehouse
* Ensuring the maintenance of an organized and tidy backroom
