We're looking for a skilled and motivated Gel Blaster Technician to join our team and help deliver high-standard repairs, upgrades, and custom builds.
Role Overview
As a Gel Blaster Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, conducting upgrades, and ensuring all gel blasters meet performance and safety standards. You’ll work with a wide range of models and components, from basic entry-level units to high-performance custom builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues in gel blasters
- Perform full repairs, part replacements, and troubleshooting
- Complete internal and external upgrades (gearboxes, motors, barrels, hop-ups, wiring, etc.)
- Conduct regular servicing, tuning, and performance optimisation
- Assemble and test custom builds to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, quotes, and recommendations
- Keep up to date with new products, technologies, and upgrade methods
Requirements
- Previous experience as a gel blaster technician OR strong mechanical/technical background
- Excellent understanding of gel blaster internals, AEG/GBBR systems, and upgrade components
- Ability to solder, rewire, shim gearboxes, and fine-tune blasters
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
- Passion for the gel blaster hobby is a strong plus
