The opportunity describes how TAB operates, the benefits for members, and the expectations of a TAB Facilitator / Coach in terms of meetings, coaching, sales, marketing, and consulting. 
You will be working with local business owners, delivering value through the TAB system, and building a local advisory board network.What does a typical month look like for a TAB Facilitator / Coach? 
Facilitating: host multiple 4-hour board meetings with business owners in your local community, ensuring each member gains maximum value. 
Coaching: conduct monthly accountability sessions to ensure commitments are implemented. 
Sales: engage with business leaders, potential partners, event hosts, and prospective board members to explain TAB and identify fit. 
Marketing and events: participate in and host local business networking events, deliver talks on business growth, and promote TAB services. 
Consulting: provide business advising as opportunities arise, tailored to member needs.Are you TAB ready? 
We are seeking a business partner who will represent the TAB brand effectively. 
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a growth-oriented business leader with expertise in marketing, sales, finance, or operations.
