Responsibilities
* Lead with Purpose: Drive the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS), embedding best practices across the service.
* Mentor & Empower: Support and guide educators in curriculum design, intentional teaching, and reflective practices that enhance learning outcomes.
* Champion Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development, review, and evolution of our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), ensuring it reflects our commitment to excellence.
* Facilitate Growth: Lead dynamic professional learning sessions and foster team discussions that spark pedagogical innovation and shared vision.
* Create Inspiring Environments: Ensure learning spaces are inclusive, engaging, and tailored to children's interests and developmental stages—where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a positive, self-motivated Educational Leader who is eager to learn. The following qualifications, attributes, and experience are sought:
* Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
* Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS and contemporary early childhood pedagogy
* Proven experience in an educational leader role
* Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting a team of educators; excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* A collaborative, proactive, and reflective approach to early childhood education
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or VIT, First Aid and CPR certification, Police check
* Eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
