About the Role
As Coordinator Libraries, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the City's library and customer service network. Leading a team of experienced leaders, you will foster a high-performance culture, support workforce development and ensure the delivery of exceptional services that meet the evolving needs of our community. Working collaboratively across Libraries, Customer Service, Arts and Culture, you will identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, champion literacy and community-focused initiatives, and use data-driven insights to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead large and diverse teams, manage complex operations across multiple service locations, drive continuous improvement, and focus on customer outcomes. You will also use analytical and data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and engage stakeholders to build collaborative relationships.
