OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will have demonstrated capacity to deliver ICT projects and be able to manage ongoing project performance and escalate issues as they arise. Experience with automating processes and a willingness to learn new technologies is advantageous. You are able to respond flexibly to changing demands especially as they relate to work priorities and project management.
You must have highly developed oral and written communication skills together with a high level of proven organisation, negotiation, interpersonal and representational skills. This includes building positive relationships with key stakeholders at varying levels and the Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and adapt well to change
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Provide cloud infrastructure and Office 365 administration and support
Review existing cloud infrastructure to ensure solutions continue to meet the clients needs
Design, develop, implement, document, and transition cloud infrastructure, in consultation with senior technical resources and managed services providers
Engage in proof-of-concept work for new technologies
Engage in automation of existing processes
Provide expert advice to business areas seeking new IT solutions
Manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve work area objectives
Prepare procedural or technical manuals and guidelines
Manage projects of a technical and specialised nature
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with executives, business representatives, project managers, developers, and staff
