We have a strong emphasis on the personal development of our people and are committed to bringing out the best in all team members.Responsibilities:Provide executive-level support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation.Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams, including inter-state liaison.Plan and execute company events and corporate functions.Support HR functions, including recruitment, induction training, and workforce planning.Oversee HR policies, procedures, and employee onboarding/off-boarding.Assist in employee training and development plans.Oversee and implement Social Media Planning.Ensure high standards of office maintenance and presentation.Coordinate meetings, including invites, calendar management, and agenda preparation.Skills:Experience in office administration/executive support or a similar role.Strong organisational and time management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel) as well as timekeeping and project management software.Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.Outstanding customer service focus.Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Proactive and flexible approach to work.Strong commitment to team building.Unlock job insightsSalary: (Insert expected salary here)Number of applicants, Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as an office administrator?
