Overview
We have multiple opportunities for IT Support Engineers (Level 1 & 2) in Managed IT and Managed Security Services to provide remote support for our customers.
Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing near our Sri Lankan office in Wellawatte, as you may need to attend the office two to three days a week. A stable internet connection is required for remote work.

Specific Skills
Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of Networking Concepts and Troubleshooting Skills.
* Expertise in Windows Desktop (Windows 10/11, macOS), Office Applications, Networking, and Printers.
* Windows Server/Active Directory Administration, Firewall Management & Monitoring.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD/Entra ID).
* Security-focused skills:
o Vulnerability Assessment & Management
o Incident Investigation & Response
o SOC & NOC experience
o Penetration Testing & Forensic Investigations
o Security Posture & Compliance Management
* Professional certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, EC-Council) are highly valued.

* Training: One to two months under senior engineer supervision.
