About The Role
As Retail Manager, you’ll inspire your team and keep the retail division running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading, motivating, and training the team
- Delivering outstanding customer service and driving loyalty programs
- Overseeing stock management, merchandising, and rosters
- Recruiting and building strong, customer-focused teams
- Promoting a positive workplace culture
About You
You’re an experienced leader who thrives in a rapid-paced retail environment. You’ll bring:
- Proven retail management experience with strong people leadership
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Results focus, with experience managing budgets, wages, and KPIs
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Bonus points if you’ve worked in pharmacy or healthcare retail and/or hold an S2/S3 certificate.
