Altitude is seeking an experienced Senior Principal - Customer Experience to join a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
Lead enterprise‐scale customer experience transformation at the intersection of strategy, technology and AI. This is an opportunity to step into commercial leadership, shape major CX deals and own high‐impact programs across Telecom and Media clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead large‐scale, technology‐anchored CX and experience transformation programs
* Shape experience strategy and CX roadmaps aligned to business and platform priorities
* Drive service design and journey modernisation across digital, assisted and field channels
* Lead CX‐led process and operating model transformation across customer operations
* Contribute to deal shaping, proposals and account growth while building a personal revenue portfolio
Key Requirements
* Strong experience in management consulting and/or complex transformation roles within Telecom and/or Media
* Proven track record delivering experience‐led, technology‐enabled CX programs for Telecom and/or Media clients
* Deep understanding of Telecom and/or Media customer operations, journeys and service models
* Hands‐on expertise in experience strategy, service design and digital CX delivery
* Familiarity with CRM, digital platforms, contact centre, analytics and AI ecosystems, with executive‐level stakeholder engagement experience
