ISS is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner/Scheduler—also known as a Master Data Coordinator—to join our Technical Products and Performance Team working with a key client. This role plays a critical part in driving performance and value across our Asset Management functions throughout the client contract.
What You'll Be Doing
Asset Management & Data Processing
* Prepare and process asset management information from various sources into FMS (Facility Management System) to support operational asset planning
* Coordinate Master Data changes in FMS@ISS in accordance with established procedures
* Maintain data integrity across all Asset Management functions including: Asset Appraisal & Lifecycle Planning – Engineering - Maintenance Planning / Scheduling - Asset Data
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
* Develop and maintain accurate preventative and predictive maintenance plans across all contracts and service lines
* Ensure long-term PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) smoothing in FMS to support resource efficiency and budget control
* Assist in maintaining the Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) document in collaboration with Performance Managers
Contract Support & Transitions
* Provide support during contract transitions and mobilisations
* Manage internal and external Requests for Information (RFIs) as part of business-as-usual processes
* Establish and validate client Asset Registers in FMS, including data capture and upload aligned with Global & Local Taxonomy and TMP standards
* Support implementation of the Global Blueprint standardisation across all Key Accounts in the Pacific region
* Leverage data from FMS@ISS to drive continuous improvement across Technical Services
* Provide guidance and support to Data Engineers and Coordinators within Key Accounts
* Assist in establishing reporting capabilities within FMS
Strategic & Compliance Support
* Contribute to the creation of a data-led decision-making ecosystem and culture
* Support the ongoing maintenance of ISO 55001 certification
What You'll Bring
* Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP)
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools
* High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently with energy, initiative, and adaptability
* Excellent communication with technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders
