About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Officer to provide professional and efficient IT support across multiple sites.

This role involves delivering hands-on support for staff and students, maintaining IT systems, and contributing to IT projects and improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Office 365 and Azure, a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite and remote IT support for networks, desktops, and telecommunications.
Monitor system performance, security, and integrity, identifying and resolving emerging issues.
Assist with provisioning and de-provisioning staff and student accounts, devices, and software using SCCM/Intune.
Support audiovisual requirements for meetings and events across campuses.
Maintain IT knowledge bases, documentation, and assist with IT projects.
Manage Level 1 and 2 incidents, requests, and change management in line with ITIL standards.
Escalate issues and liaise with vendors for timely resolution.
Participate in meetings, training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Selection Criteria: Minimum 3 years' experience in IT support, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong proficiency in Office 365 and Azure administration.
Experience with various hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Fundamentals) are highly regarded.
Ability to work across multiple campuses and manage competing priorities.
