Duties You will work across a broad range of sectors and industries including but not limited to aged care, hospitality, retail, property, construction, local councils, government entities, education providers, finance advisors, healthcare/pharmaceutical and not for profit.
In this role you will: Draft employment and contractor agreements and interpret awards and enterprise agreements.
Advise on compliance with workplace legislation, privacy obligations, and employee entitlements.
Manage workplace disputes, including resolution strategies and commercial proceedings.
Guide employers through discrimination, equal opportunity, performance management, and conduct issues.
Oversee termination and redundancy processes to ensure lawful and effective outcomes.
