We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Australian team, driving the successful execution of large-scale renewable and storage projects from contract to completion.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery — from contract execution to final handover.
Act as the primary client interface, ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and schedules in line with company objectives.
Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.
Support tendering activities, advising on delivery strategies and schedules.
Manage contract requirements, risks, and change control processes.
Collaborate with HSE and Site teams to maintain compliance and safety excellence.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and project close-out activities.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
3–5 years' experience in project management within the energy or infrastructure sector.
Proven experience managing EPC or large-scale industrial projects.
Strong leadership skills in multidisciplinary team coordination.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of EPC project delivery, cost and schedule control, and risk management.
Understanding of Australian grid codes, HSE regulations, and construction laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
Excellent reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
PMP (Project Management Professional), Knowledge of Australian electricity market structures and grid code compliance, and familiarity with building permit processes will be considered a plus.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in complex environments.
Candidates must have valid Australian working rights (citizenship or permanent residency).
