Hatch is currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join our Corporate Services team. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for delivering best‐practice solutions for space management, planning, and coordination of facilities operations across Hatch offices in Australia. This role will also hold responsibility for the leadership, support, and oversight of our administration team, including reception and administrative support functions. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Corporate Services function, including facilities operations and the administration team
* Provide guidance, support, and oversight to receptionists and administrative support staff
* Coordinate with the Global Facilities team to ensure alignment with global standards and initiatives
* Manage building operations and facilities for our offices across the Australia–Asia region
* Update and maintain office floor plans
* Prepare and manage annual capital budgets and oversee execution of approved works
* Establish and manage supplier relationships for office and facilities services
* Ensure all on‐site contractors comply with Hatch safety procedures
* Support local Health and Safety Committee members by assisting with monthly building inspections
* Oversee the operation and maintenance of security access cards and systems
* Meet regularly with local Managing Directors and key stakeholders to review facilities and space planning requirements
* Liaise with landlords regarding maintenance, repairs, and office fit‐out or construction requirements
Qualifications
You are an experienced multi‐site Facilities Manager with strong organisational and communication skills and a flexible, adaptable mindset. You bring proven people leadership experience, with the ability to effectively support, develop, and provide oversight to administrative and reception teams. You are a confident and professional leader with strong relationship and project management capability, a solution‐focused approach to problem solving, and the ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
