Maintenance Coordinator Role
St Catherine's in Bathurst is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join its facilities management team.
* Execute a preventative maintenance program throughout the residential aged care home to prevent breakdowns and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
* Perform reactive repairs on items within the home as needed, working closely with external contractors when required.
* Coordinate the management of external maintenance contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A trade certificate or Cert IV in Maintenance/Building Services.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Hands-on experience with building maintenance, handyman, or building services roles.
* A strong understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and the ability to apply it in practice.
