As our Risk & Compliance Lead, you will oversee ISO27001 and ISO9001 compliance across our product portfolio and play a central role in shaping our governance and risk management practices. You'll design, implement, and maintain certification programs, lead internal audits, mature our risk framework, and keep us aligned with best‑practice standards in information governance, quality, and security.
You'll also be the go‑to expert for compliance queries, training, assurance, and reporting across the business.

What you'll do
* Lead ISO27001 & ISO9001 certification programs and internal audits
* Own and mature the organisation's risk management framework, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting
* Manage risk registers, governance controls, and compliance dashboards
* Champion information governance, data protection, and best‑practice security principles
* Coordinate external audits, surveillance visits, and certification cycles
* Develop and deliver staff training and awareness programs
* Advise senior leaders on compliance, risk, quality, and security objectives
* Stay ahead of evolving ISO standards and regulatory changes
What we're looking for
* Experience working in a SaaS or product‑based technology environment
* Qualifications in information governance, cybersecurity, risk, or ISO auditing
* Strong understanding of ISO frameworks, risk management, data protection, and cybersecurity
* Project management experience with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure
* A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and best practice
