Key Objective:
* Generate revenue through the sales of BOC products to allocated customer markets.
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of critical customers, responsible for planning, profit, and contract management.
* Implement effective price & contract management, zone density, and profitable product substitution to increase portfolio profitability.
* Identify customer business growth opportunities to generate and convert leads, increasing sales and volume density.
* Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
* Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, ensuring all information and interactions are recorded in Salesforce CRM.
* Drive improvements in product/service provision and develop mutually rewarding relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in preparing strategic customer action plans.
* Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM, and SAP is desirable.
* Strong understanding of price management, margin growth, and business acumen.
* Excellent presentation, business development, and influencing skills.
* Passion for ongoing development and technical expertise enhancement.
