In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the next generation of general practitioners by supporting their development throughout the entire training journey.
As a Medical Educator, you'll: provide targeted support and education for GP registrars, guiding them from entry into the program through to fellowship via peer learning sessions, one-on-one support, and practice visits.
collaborate with Training Coordinators, Program Support Officers, and external partners to ensure high-quality outcomes for registrars and practices.
build strong relationships with registrars, supervisors, and practices, tailoring support to local needs for optimal training and progress.
