We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join a growing and well-established contractor delivering high-quality hospitality fit-out and refurbishment projects across Western Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on fast‐paced, design‐driven projects including pubs, clubs, hotels, bars, and other licensed venues, with a company known for its strong pipeline and repeat clients.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing all on-site activities from site set‐up through to handover
* Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
* Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
* Maintaining high standards of quality control and finishes
* Ensuring strict adherence to WHS requirements and site safety
* Liaising with project managers, clients, and consultants
* Managing site logistics, materials, and deliveries
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman on fit‐out or refurbishment projects
* Strong background in hospitality, retail, or commercial interiors preferred
* Ability to manage fast‐track programmes and live environments
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong eye for detail and high-quality finishes
* Trade background (carpentry preferred) highly regarded
* Relevant tickets and certifications (White Card essential)
