About the Business Developer
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing business development, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue objectives.
* Contribute to implementing strategic initiatives to support retention and growth of customer portfolios.
* Manage inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, explore business opportunities, and respond to queries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to executives. They will also have strategic thinking, a willingness to adapt to change, and a demonstrated commitment to relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain account and portfolio plans to support business development and contribute to financial and customer targets.
2. Upskill and develop knowledge across product offerings and business solutions.
3. Identify areas for improvement and embrace innovation to better support business customers.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Townsville, Queensland.
