An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Rundle Place Store. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

The Role
* Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
* Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
* Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
* Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
* Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
* A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
* An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
* A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
