About the Role
Reporting to the Southern Area Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for leading the Esperance branch to deliver operational excellence, achieve financial targets, and build strong client relationships. You will oversee sales, staff development, branch performance, and community engagement while upholding company values.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage branch operations in line with business plans and budgets
* Drive sales, profitability, and cross‑selling opportunities across all products
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Manage and develop staff through coaching, performance management, and training
* Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and company policies
