Job Description:
1. Contribute to achievement of national sales targets for Personal Safety Division (PSD)
2. Achieve individual sales and activity based goals for the territory
3. Support and implement marketing programs
4. Proactively develop and implement territory sales plan & IDP
5. Establishes and enhances business relationships with key distributors and major end user accounts in sales territory
6. Leverage management, marketing & technical staff to improve key business relationships and achieve sales targets
7. Undertake project activities as required by division
Qualifications
8. Higher School Certificate or equivalent
9. 3-5 years Sales experience with proven results.
10. The incumbent will ideally have formal business qualifications at a tertiary level or have achieved equivalence through diversified experience in industry and commerce. Postgraduate qualifications would be highly regarded.
11. Key Account Management experience preferred but not mandatory
12. Understand category management, motivational tools
13. Basic understanding of finance, logistics, operations and good business acumen
14. Proficient in MS Office.
