Key Responsibilities
You will join a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service to growers and customers in the NSW region. This role involves servicing farmers across the diverse agricultural area, working alongside a team to meet their needs, and providing agronomic and technical support with product sales.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an agronomy position, strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices, and success in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are also essential.
