We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director Australia while also acting as a shared resource across our senior management team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our leaders are well supported with seamless coordination of priorities schedules and communications.
Its a fast-paced and diverse position that will require discretion resilience and the ability to anticipate needs and act with initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director including diary and inbox management.
Coordinate calendars meetings and events across senior management ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
Book and manage travel and accommodation requirements.
Prepare agendas reports presentations minutes and follow-up actions.
Support governance and compliance requirements including delegations of authority.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels ensuring positive relationships.
Assist with administration reporting and project support for executive activities.
Ensure adherence to Egis policies processes and values including health safety and environment standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administration role.
Excellent organisational administration and secretarial skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise competing demands and remain calm under pressure.
Experience in a professional services consulting or global organisation (preferred).
A warm professional and adaptable interpersonal style with strong emotional intelligence.
Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours to support international time zones.
