**Roles and Responsibilities will include**:
Management of incoming revenue channels using numerous online platforms such as websites, social media and GoKi hostel systems.
- Follow up communication with existing customers.
People management
- Recruit, train and manage a team of dedicated sales people to process leads into sales.
- Train and manage either specific Customer Service reps or to add skills to existing sales staff.
- Roster and manage teams under in the Call Centre
Management of lead generation working closely with Directors, employees and contractors to create and develop best practice across all areas.
- Develop a marketing plan covering Social and Search and Research
- Create new systems or improve current systems to manage incoming leads from multiple channels
- Work with employees and contractors to design, plan and develop lead generating marketing campaigns then test and measure effectiveness of each marketing campaign
- Build on existing tools and methods to create an efficient CRM process where multiple staff can organise, manage and follow up multiple sales and leads across multiple staff.
Customer Service
- Build on existing tools and methods to create an efficient CRM process where multiple staff can step in to progress or resolve ongoing issues
- Manage google my business accounts for store locations and manage response of reviews help to drive positive reviews
- Create action plans for large scale refund events
- Create systems to turn Customer Service enquiries into sales
Web Development
- Manage internal or external content editors
- Work with API web-developer to get site 'book live' function completed and operational
- Manage uploading of additional product onto the site
- Update all packages to ensure they are up to date both with product, prices, images & copy
- Audit site and pricing to ensure that it falls within ACCC guidelines
- Analyse customer behaviour on the site and work on strategies to maximise sales using this data
- Develop Get Lost, the Happy Travels blog
**Required capabilities**
- Proven experience driving leads and sales via online platforms
- Experience in building and coaching teams
- Extensive online platform management experience including website and social media.
- Commitment to impeccable customer service
- Experience working within the tourism industry
