**About the role**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.

- Full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8am-430pm
- Monday to Friday, regular office hours

**What we are looking for**:
- Relevant experience in customer service, sales or related roles.
- Exposure to the transport, logistics or industrial tooling industry is highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
